How to Order

1. Enter Client Name
   This will be printed on the prescription label.
2. Select Your Formula(s)
   Choose between 1 and 4 formulas from the dropdown menus.
3. Assign Grams to Each Formula
   Distribute the total 100g across your selected formulas.
   Please ensure the total equals exactly 100g.
4. Add Individual Herbs (Optional)
   You may add up to 5 additional herbs at the additional cost of €2.50.
